How Safety Copilot AI Improves Behavior
First Thing in the Morning
Frontline leaders receive an Observation summary from the week (or month) prior. The summary also includes data from Safety Audits and Incident Reports, highlighting areas for improvement and where safety is exceeding goals.
Pre-Task Plan
Using conversational AI, the frontline leader can execute a PTP. Safety Copilot recommends hazards and controls specific to the day’s tasks. These recommendations come from company protocols and historical safety data.
PTP Summary
Superintendents and Safety Pros receive a summary of all completed PTPs, notifying them of specific tasks for the day. These typically include permits like hot work, confined space, LOTO, and hazardous materials, along with a location so that Supers and Safety Pros know where to take a closer look.
